Important Notes

• All papers must be strictly in IEEE Conference format. You can download here: IEEE Conference Template
• Registration fees are inclusive of 18% GST.
• No registration after August 31, 2026 shall be entertained.
• In case the conference fee is paid, there will be no refund of registration fee.
• All accepted, registered papers must be presented in the conference in offline mode.
• The registration fees include conference certificate, kit, and e-proceedings.
• The registration fee covers up to 6 pages. Extra pages: Rs. 1000 (Indian Authors) or $20 (Non-Indian Authors) per page.
• Presentation certificates will be provided only to participants who register and present their paper. Co-authors must register separately to receive certificates.
• The paper prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism using licensed tools like Turnitin or iAuthenticate. The similarity and AI similarity index should not exceed 10% (including self content) and 25% respectively.
