Submission Guidelines
- Manuscripts offering high quality original and unpublished research, case studies and implementations are solicited..
- Papers must be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages including figures for regular papers. If they exceed 6 pages, authors are required to pay additional fees as per guidelines.
- Papers have to be formatted in the conference proceedings layout on A4 paper according to double column Template as follows:.
- All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism through the Turnitin software. Plagiarism of the manuscript should be less than 15% excluding references .

- No registration after May 30, 2026 shall be entertained.
- In case the conference fee is paid, there will be no refund of registration fee.
- Kits will be given to the physically registered candidates.
- The registration fees include conference certificate, kit, and e-proceedings.
- The registration fee covers up to 6 pages. Extra pages: Rs. 1000 (Indian Authors) or $20 (Non-Indian Authors) per page.
- Presentation certificates will be provided only to participants who register and present their paper. Co-authors must register separately to receive certificates.
